Getting there is a lot less fun

We use the express checkout at the hotel and are pleasantly surprised that it only took 45 minutes to be processed. So we drive through more beauty

and barely seeing a car on the road, we reassure ourselves that the border crossing into Chile will be smooth and then we discover where all the cars have been hiding.

Anyway we manage to cross over in 2 hours by using the express queue(ha ha).
A beautiful drive towards Pucon

and the Vira Vira Hotel. When we arrive it seems we may have had an accident and gone to heaven. Everybody is so friendly and acommodating and the room is total luxury with views over this gorgeous river.

Herons for Ella

We chill out for a couple of hours and decide we probably will never leave. Dinner is great and we sleep the sleep of the innocent.
